Requirements
When booking your wedding with Oakwood Wedding Chapel we require:
- $500 Safety Deposit- due at signing of contract (returned after wedding as long as no damage done to hall – damage to be determined by Oakwood Wedding Chapel Management)
- Payment of 35% of total cost due six months prior to wedding day
- Payment of balance of total cost due two weeks prior to wedding day
- Fees are none refundable for cancellations
Room Charges:
- Fridays and Sundays:
- Room Charge Minimum of 60 guests = $600.00
- Room Charge Under 60 guests - call for pricing
Saturdays:
- Room Charge Minimum of 100 guests = $800.00
- Room Charge Under 100 guests = call for pricing
All Al la Carte pricing includes:
- White Table Linen
- White Cloth Napkin
- Sea breeze Swirl Glass Dinnerware
- Silver Flat ware
- Crystal Glassware
- Choice of round or banquet style tables
