Option #1:

-          Upgrade white linen napkins to a colored napkin (choose from seasonal color choices)
-          -Chair Covers – choice of color and type of material
-          $3.50 extra per person



Option #2:

-          Upgrade white linen napkins to a colored napkin (choose from non-seasonal color choices)
-          Chair covers – choice of color and type of material
-          Upgrade table linens to floor length linens as well as choice of material and color
-          $4.00 extra a person + cost of table linen per tab

·         Both options require a minimum of 100 guest, otherwise $100 fee is added

-          Colored napkin choice – not from seasonal colors =  $.40 cents per napkin

Bar Options
When booking a Wedding at Oakwood Chapel you are invited to bring in your own alcohol for your event. For $200 we can rent a bartender for you and supply glasses for the bar area. We can also supply you with the name of a local vendor to help with your event.

 

Coordinator Packages

•    Run through of how hall will be set up
•    Coordination of food
•    Coordination of any extras preferred
•    Setup and tear-down of hall
For $100:
•    Included options +
•    Coordinator will oversee all events at reception (5 hours)
For $300:
•    Included options +
•    Coordinator will oversee all events at reception(5 hours)
•    Coordinator will oversee setup of all details of wedding (favors, guestbook, decorations, flowers, place settings, etc.)

Other options:
•    Coordinator can oversee events and all details of reception at another venue location – please ask for pricing
